Technological Equipment Grant

As of the 2024-2025 academic year, a total of $100,000 has been set aside in the Academic and Professional Development Fund (APDF) for the purchase of technological equipment to support your work.

To be eligible for reimbursement, you must have at least one teaching contract in the academic year in which you are requesting reimbursement.

The maximum reimbursement amount per academic year is $500. Reimbursements are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligible expenses include, but are not limited to, tablets, computers, software, headsets, microphones, routers, hard drives and monitors. If you’re not sure whether an item is eligible, please contact us at info@aptpuo.ca.

Please note that purchase receipts must be dated in the same academic year as the claim.

The University assumes no responsibility for the maintenance of equipment purchased from the Fund.
