Publication of Seniority Reports

The seniority reports for each units were published by the employer.

Main Unit’s Seniority Report

We would like to inform you that the seniority report for the main unit has been published by the university, as provided for in article 5.8.3 of the collective agreement (see below).

5.8.3 By June 30 each year, the University shall post the APTPUO member list on its website, including their seniority points, faculty and home department. It shall remain available on the website until the new list is available the following year. Members must report errors or omissions to Faculty Affairs between June 30 and August 31 of every year. It is understood by the parties that service notices to the Association (under 5.8.1 c), d), e), f) and g)), if any, and Employment contracts are used to determine seniority points, as are the terms of the collective agreement governing the accumulation and withdrawal of these points.

If you have not already done so, please check the report to ensure that your seniority points correspond to it.

PLEASE NOTE

The seniority report does not include seniority points for courses ending AFTER June 30, 2025, nor the two (2) type b) seniority points, i.e., for the current academic year, which is 2024-2025.

OLBI Unit’s Seniority Report

We would like to inform you that the seniority report for the OLBI unit has been published by the university, as provided for in articles 8.4.2 and 8.4.3 of the collective agreement (see below).

If you have not already done so, please check the report to ensure that your seniority hours correspond to it.

8.4.2 By June 30 each year, the University shall submit a seniority list to the Association, including their hours, faculty unit. Errors or omissions must be reported to the Manager at OLBI between June 30 and August 31 of every year.

8.4.3 By June 30 of each year, the University shall post the Association member list on its website, including their hours per program taught. It shall remain available on the website until the new list is available the following year.

Toronto-Windsor Unit’s Seniority Report

We would like to inform you that the seniority report for the Toronto-Windsor unit has been published by the university, as provided for in article 8.8 of the collective agreement (see below).

8.8 SENIORITY LISTS

By June 30 each year, the University shall post on its website a list of the Members of each unit, including their seniority date and their home campus. It shall remain available on the website until the new list is available the following year. Members must report errors or omissions to Faculty Affairs between July 1 and August 31 of every year.

If you have not already done so, please check the report to ensure that your seniority points correspond to it.
